RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WI1EREAS, Section 8 of tile Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits tile exclusiou of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOI,VED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough o£Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as Follows:
1, Tile public shall be excluded fi'om atlending, discussing or participating in tile
hereinafl, er specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject mailer to be discussed is as Follows:
Personnel matters & Litigation.
3. It is anticipated at Ibis lime that the above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon_conclusion of the matters-
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
