ROADWAY RECLAMATION & ROADWAY PAVING
Orchard Street Extension & Spring Street (Common Street to Marion Road)
Dear Residents and Abutters of Orchard Street Extension and Spring Street:
Construction adhering to the Governor's Order: COVID-19 Essential Services and per the
Town Manager's Coronavirus (COVID19) Update 3-26-2020 will be allowed to resume in
Watertown.
Reclamation of the road is scheduled to continue, WEATHER PERMITTING, Tuesday,
March 31, 2020.
"No Parking" signs will be posted along the area selected for road work. Please do not park
your car in the posted area. The Watertown Police will be informed of the construction and
its effects. Typical hours of construction work are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The binder (first) course of paving is scheduled, WEATHER PERMITTING, for Thursday,
April 2, 2020. Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced during this phase of the
work.
We understand that the process is noisy, messy and disruptive and apologize in advance
for inconvenience you may experience.
