Dear Mr. McLaughlin:
PIDC Construction is underway with tenant fit -up construction for SQZ Biotech at 485
Arsenal St. Building -A under Building Permit No. BP-19-264. PIDC will be operating
after hours from the dates of May 29th, 2019 to June 14rh, 2019. After hours work is
expected to run between 4PM and 1AM, Monday through Friday.
The scope of work scheduled to take place during the aforementioned dates and times
is limited to painting of the vaulted ceiling and supporting roof trusses. Work is being
performed after hours to mitigate schedule impact to other trades during the regular site
hours of 6AM to 2PM.
