Please see below the breakdown for costs to abatement the Lead -based paint (LBP) or removed the loose and
encapsulate. All numbers include removal of the LBP from the window jams and all work will be done in full
containment to. control dust and debris since this project is on an active city street. NESC supervisor and work force
training and licensing compliance applicable to scope of work.
Option #1— LBP Abatement (Brick and Windows) /OSHA compliant scaffold to leave sidewalk

• Construction of OSHA compliant scaffold to keep the sidewalk open to public

o Initial 28 days of scaffold rental included.
o Any permitting and approval by the city for scaffold to be done by Pridemark Construction
• Construction of negative pressure encloser (NPE) on entire scaffold system.
■ Removal of approximately 800 SF of LBP from brick facade
• Removal of lead -based paint from 14 windows jams/frames
• Disposal of LBP debris in accordance to all local, state, and federal regulations
