SUBSTANDARD WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENTS
#66-68 Stuart Street
Partridge Street
#4 Andrew Street
Dear Residents and Abutters of Partridge Street, #66-68 Stuart Street and #4 Andrew Street:
The Watertown Department of Public Works and our contractor Paolini LLC, would like to inform
you that we will be replacing only sub -standard (cement lined and/or cast iron) water services
on your street
Replacements and upgrades will include only the water service pipe from the town water main
to the curb stop (usually in the sidewalk area). The work for each home will require
approximately 3-6 hours to complete.
Weather permitting, work will begin on Tuesday,August 10 2021.
Based on our records, work is anticipated at the following house services, in the following order:
#66-68 Stuart Street
#58, #52, #46 #16 #10 #5 Partridge Street
#4 Andrew Street
If your address is not listed, then our records indicate your water service is copper in the street
and does not require replacement.
The Watertown Police will be informed* of the construction and its effects. Typical hours of
construction work are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
