Attached is a copy of my lot survey showing the location of the improvements/ repairs that I am requesting the permit for. • As indicated I would like to install a fence (Type = Deer / cat fence) on a portion of my side yards and including the entire back yard. • As indicated I would like to add stairs from my side deck down to the back yard. • As indicated I would like to modify the existing front stairs. The existing stairs are weak and would need to be replaced in any event. • The existing front Decks were not installed with the proper supports. I am also requesting the permit to make repairs as needed to the existing decks to ensure their stability and safety. • I would also like to install a portable above ground pool (After the Fence is installed of course).
