RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WI1EREAS, this public body is of'the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOI,VED by the Mayor and Council o£ the
Borough of Carteret, County of' Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. Tile public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. Tile general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Litigation.
It is anticipated at Ibis time that the above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matter.
4. This mesolution shall take effect immedialely.
