At the recent JFOC meeting there were some questions on how long the treatment plant has been experiencing issues with the organic loading.
I have attached the letter from CDPHE about the organic loading at the plant and 10 years of spreadsheets used in DMR reporting.
The 5600 pounds in our permit is the total for influent at 2.499 million gallons our concentration is 270 mg/L how the state figures . 2.499MGD x 8.34 x 270 mg/L = 5627 lbs.
