DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO

of the Borough of Cmteret; ami
WI1EREAS. it appears that tile applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WIIEII. EAS, the applicant (§) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with P. ules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Cmnmission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFOil. E, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough 9f Cmlerel, that the Muaicipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor ant Council by issuing, upon proper
p~esentation ofappllcation and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTiiER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
