Invitation for Bid (IFB)
Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillator Units
The Town of Brewster is seeking sealed bids to furnish and deliver to the Brewster Fire
Department (4) Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillator units as specified in the IFB.
Bid specifications and contract documents will be available beginning December 4, 2020 at the
Brewster Town Hall, Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA between
8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays or by email request to dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Administrator’s Office, Brewster Town Offices, 2198
Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 until December 22, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at which time and
place said bids will be opened and read publicly. The Town reserves the right to reject any and
all offers if not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter
30B as amended. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering
the lowest per unit price that meet the specifications. The Town of Brewster reserves the right to
reject any bids that are not in the best interest of the Town and/or do not meet the specifications
in the IFB.
