p r e p a r e d i n a c c o r d a n c e w i t h t h e S t a t e C E Q A G u i d e l i n e s . T h e i n i t i a l
s t a t e m e n t a s p r e p a r e d i n d i c a t e s t h e r e i s n o p o t e n t i a l f o r a d v e r s e
i m p a c t t o t h e e n v i r o n m e n t a s i t r e l a t e s t o a l l w i l d a n i m a l s , b i r d s ,
p l a n t s , f i s h , a m p h i b i a n s , a n d r e l a t e d e c o l o g i c a l c o m m u n i t i e s ,

e l e c t r o m a g n e t i c r a d i a t i o n ( E M R ) w a s p r e p a r e d b y E I P A s s o c i a t e s f o r
t h e p r o j e c t . T h e E x p a n d e d N e g a t i v e D e c l a r a t i o n c o n t a i n s a n

Conditional Use Permit 96 -1282
Environmental Checklist as well as the Negative Declaration and
concluded that the proposed cellular facility would not have a
significant effect on the environment.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Conditional Use Permit 96 -1282 is
approved based upon and subject to substantial compliance with the
simulated photos presented at the Planning Commission meeting.
Specifically, the proposed nine (9) slender antennas shall not be
screened from view.
SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by
the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting held on the 27th of August, 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioner -- Brook, Seibert, Larson and Griffiths
NOES: Commissioner --
ABSENT: Commissioner -- Muto
