A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
CERTAIN PARCELS FROM MIXED GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) AND
AGRICULTURAL (AG) DISTRICT TO GENERAL COMMERICIAL (GC) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates all or portions of certain properties, commonly known as 0
Chester Boulevard, and 787 Highland Road (State Parcel ID: 89-16-17-400-109.000-029;
and 89-16-20-210-101.000-029), each legally described as follows, to wit:
0 Chester Boulevard: S D SE SEC 17-14-1 25.774A
787 Highland Road: ND NE SEC 20-14-1 44.73 5A
22.4A IS INDIANA STATE HWY
as mixed zoning General Commercial (GC) and Agricultural (AG) District, as described
on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designations to a General Commercial (GC) District in
order to appropriately develop the tracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described properties are both changed to General Commercial
(GC) District.
