AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 860
OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING
HERITAGE COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as Follows:
SECTION I: Section 860 of the Medina Code of Ordinances regarding Heritage Commission is
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II — Effective Date of Ordinance. This ordinance shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Medina this 1st day of November, 2005.
