Subject: Medical Marijuana Dispensary Applications

Attached are two separate applications for a letter of support or non -opposition from the
Town of Watertown for medical marijuana dispensaries. The applications propose
locations at 23 Elm Street by NSAJO Holdings, represented by Michael P. Ross, and 36
Arlington Street by Alternative Therapies Group, represented by Stephen M. Witmick.
These applications are an initial draft and are still subject to amendment in response to
staff concerns and comments, particularly legal review of the draft Host Agreement,
which have not been incorporated. However I did want to provide this information to
Council well in advance of the sub -committee discussion.
