corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 51
Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as`City" ), arid overhead Door
Company of Richmond, 411 NW F Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to' as
"Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 25--2018 on February 8, 2018, and
into Addendum No. 1 to said Agreement on January 31, 201 9; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to continue to provide services in
connection. with on -call and as -needed general maintenance to the overhead doors
and openers located at Fire Stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 for the City of Richmond
Fire Department as set forth within the scope of Contract No. 25-2018.
Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree ag follows:
1. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 25--2018; on
February 8, 2018. Pursuant to Contract No. 25--2018, Section Iv Term of
Agreement, the City has an option to renew the Agreement for the 2020 calendar
• year, which option is exercised pursuant to this Addendum. Contractor shall
continue to provide general ' maintenance to the overhead doors and openers for
the Richmond Fire Stations as identified within Contract No. 25-2018 for the
2020 calendar year. Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent with
Contract No. 25-2018, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a
part hereof, at the same rates as set forth within said Agreement.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and
covenants .contained in Contract No. 25-2018, shall be applicable to the work
performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant
_ conflicts with this Addendum Number 2, in which case this Addendum Number 2
shall be controlling.

3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the contract
. date of termination pursuant to the exercise of the option to renew the contract for
the 2020 calendar year, Contract No. 25--2015 shall remain intact and unchanged
and in full force and effect. .
4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative
capacity hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her
principal to execute this Addendum.
