Ordinance No. 48-2019 is a petition to Vacate a portion of a dedicated public way (street) along South 29'11
Street that intersects South E Street, as it is platted in the "Richard Oennetts Addition" record book. The
petitioner is requesting the Vacation so that he and his neighbors may gain ownership of the right-of-way
along their property lines.
