Whereas, the Standard Speclflcatlons for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
On ►]uiy 31, 2019 Greg Steins and Mllestone exchanged emalIs requesting a price quota for a 8 inch extruded curb to help address some erosion
control concerns between 3rd and 4th street on East Main Street, The curb will be utilized to prevent storm water from entering the large
landscape bed at 4th street and erdding the soil the entire length to 3rd street and washing dirt onto the sidewalk and street and Into the storm
sewer Inlets. The water runoff In the area i.s also a problem for the plants installed. Milestone quoted Greg a cost of $5,088.00 to perform the
work. On August 1, 2019 Greg Steins and Mike Prather exchanged smalls requesting 1NDOT participation which was granted. This Change
Order compensates Milestone for the 320 Lft of 6 inch curb installed per the City of Rlchmond's request. Included with this Change Order as
supporting documentaflcn Is the contractors official request of Change order form, and a copy of the email correspondences between Milestone,
Richmond, and INDOT.
