NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the City of Richmond Common
Council and the Richmond Redevelopment Commission will be
held Monday, February 3, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. in the Sally Hutton
Community Room located on the second floor of the City
Municipal Building at 50 North Sth Street, Richmond, Indiana.
Purpose of the meeting: Informational Meeting and
Opportunity Zone Presentation for Richmond Common
Council Members, the Richmond Redevelopment Commission,
and the respective boards of the Wayne County Council, the
Wayne County Commissioners, the Center City Development
Corporation of Richmond, the Wayne County Economic
Development Corporation, and the Wayne County Area
Chamber of Commerce.
