PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 397.
The ordinance revises the city's fee
schedule, including fees for land use,
public safety, and other permits is-
sued by the city and establishes
rates for sanitary sewer, water and
other services. The ordinance will
not be codified. The full text of Ordi-
nance No. 397 is available for in-
spection at Medina city hall during
regular business hours.
