Special meeting of the Council-; ( cal'el by the T:Mayor)
The council met in speci�.l session, T�Iayor Ross presiding n
anc:� councilmen Ha��.cl,_, Y.ruse, T_,ind��raan. Luwe an��- Okones present.
The meeting was called for the purr�ose fo cons9 derin�; the granting
of a Class B beer permit.
Earl Greany presented application for a -Class B beer permit
with proper Bond and License fee attached.- License to be
ef�'ective August 29th 1940.
Herman Sietsema was present in person declaring to the
council that he had sold out his business to Earl Greany to
take effect Aug 29th 1940, vaitl, the understanding that in evert
the council granted a Class B beer permit to Eark Greany, that
he would not ask the council for a permit at'ter his present
beer permit expires on August 28th 1940.
It was moved by H L Luvde seconded by Okones that a Class B.
