AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
BIDS TO SELL 1971 SNORKEL FIRE TRUCK
WHEREAS, the Fire Department no longer has use for the 1971 70 ft. Snorkel Fire
Truck; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to sell said vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise bids for
the sale ora 1971 70 fi. Snorkel Fire Truck.
Adopted this 4th day of February, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 5, 1999.
