CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
Board of Commissioners Monthly Workshop
October 23,2000 -7:30 p.m.
Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on October 23, 2000 at 7:30 PM in the
Hillsborough Town Barn for the purpose of conducting the Town Manager's Performance
Review. Present for the Board Work Session were Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr.,
Commissioners Kenneth Chavious, Frances Dancy, Evelyn Lloyd, Mark Sheridan, and Brian
Lowen. Staff present was Town Manager Eric Peterson.
Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr. opened the Closed Session.
The Board met with Town Manager Eric Peterson to discuss his performance ove'r the previous
year. After some discussion and due to the lateness of the hour, by consensus the Board moved
to table the remainder of the performance evaluation until the November Monthly Workshop.
The motion was declared passed.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner Dancy, the Board moved to
return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
