A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL (OC)
DISTRICT TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 4307 National Road
West and legally described as follows, to wit:
PT SE SEC 21-16-14 0.460A
as an Outdoor Commercial (OC) District as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designation to a General Commercial (GC) District to
allow less burdensome setback requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation of the above -described property is changed to a General Commercial (GC) District.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of February 2012, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
