CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
RESOLUTION 1 -2007
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANTHONY L. FOSTER II, SERVING IN HIS
OFFICIAL CAPACITY AS DIRECTOR OF METROPOLITAN
DEVELOPMENT, TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN REID HOSPITAL
AND H & R DEVELOPMENTS RELATED TO A CURB CUT, EASMENTS AND
SEWER LINE INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond, Indiana, is working with Reid Hospital and H & R
Developments to facilitate the continued development of Oak Park Sections 5 & 6 and
Reid Hospital's new campus; and
WHEREAS, an agreement regarding the vacation of an easement, creation of a curb cut,
granting of a new easement and installation of a sanitary sewer line has been drafted and
agreed upon by all parties; and
WHEREAS, the signing by the Director of Metropolitan Development of the Agreement
will not impose any additional financial obligation upon the City of Richmond.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety as
follows:
1. The Director of Metropolitan Development, Anthony L. Foster II, is authorized to
sign, on behalf of the City of Richmond the Agreement between Reid Hospital, H
& R Developments and the City of Richmond, Indiana regarding easements, a
curb cut and a sanitary sewer line for the continued development of Oak Park and
the Reid Hospital Campus.
Passed and adopted this _ 26th day of _ April 2007, by the Board of Public
Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
