THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. ~.,( /
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ERECTION OF
STOP SIGNS AT A CERTAIN INTERSECTION;
SPECIFYING SAID INTERSECTION AS A THREE WAY
STOP INTERSECTION; AND PROVIDING FOR
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Three Way Stop Intersection
The intersection of Krueger Street and Battin Street is hereby designated as a
three way stop intersection. When stop signs are erected and maintained giving
notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the following intersection:
The Intersection of Krueger Street and Battin Street
When entering from Krueger Street
When entering from Battin Street
Section 2. Penalty
The penalty for any person found guilty of failing to obey a stop sign shall be
provided in the Uniform Traffic Code as adopted by the City of Bel Aire.
Section 3. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication
in the official city newspaper.
