ORDINANCE NO. 398
An Ordinance Amending Section
525.03 of the Code of Ordinances
Regarding the Park Commission
The city council of the city of Medi-
na ordains as follows:
SECTION I. The Medina code of or-
dinances is amended by deleting the
str-iskew material and adding the un-
derlined material as follows:
525.03. Term. Members of the park
commission shall serve staggered
terms of three years. Terms shall be-
gin January 1. No person shall serve
more than nine consecutive years on
the park commission. For purpose;
of this ordinance consecutive year;
shall not be considered prior to Janu.
ary 1, 2005. Any person who ha:

pointed again after an interruption it

City of Medina this 3rd day of Janu-
ary, 2006.
