RESOLUTION NO. 19 -2012
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT
LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH WEST END BANK
WHEREAS, On October 25, 2012, the Board of Public Works and Safety awarded the bid for
the lease agreement in connection with the finance of purchases for four (4) leaf
vacuums and six (6) leaf boxes for the Richmond Street Department and said
award was approved for West End Bank at a rate of 1.85 %; and
WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the City to authorize Vicki Robinson, President of the
Board of Public Works and Safety, and Tammy Glenn as the Richmond City
Controller, to execute and deliver a certain Agreement and Lease to West End
Bank, S.B. a state banking association (Contract No. 145 -2012) and such other
documents relating to said Agreement and Lease, and to authorize the
performance of said Agreement and Lease in order that the City may fulfill its
obligations under said Agreement and Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Richmond Board of Public Works and Safety
that the Board authorizes Vicki Robinson as President of the Board of Public Works and Safety and
Tammy Glenn as the Richmond City Controller, to execute and deliver the West End Bank, S.S.
Agreement and Lease (Contract No. 145 -2012) and such other documents relating to said Agreement and
Lease, and authorizes the performance of said Agreement and Lease in order that the City may fulfill its
obligations under said Agreement and Lease.
