THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. f....(,{
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO FISHING PERMITS
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
BEL AIRE, KANSAS BY REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 368 AND SECTIONS 8, 9, 10 AND 11 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 330.
WHEREAS, the City of Bel Aire established fishing permit requirements and fees
in accordance with the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, and
WHEREAS, the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has restructured their
requirements and guidelines with regard to fishing permits to increase Kansas
residents in the recreation of fishing, and
WHEREAS, the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has established a new
program that will assist the City of Bel Aire by maintaining and managing the
fishing facilities within the City of Bel Aire, including the enforcement of fishing
regulations by the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. Repeal
Ordinance number 368 and Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Ordinance 330 are
hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city newspaper.
