RESOLUTION AMENDING PARK RULES
CARTERET SKATE PARK
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has established certain rules
for the use and enjoyment of the Carteret Skate Park (the "Park"); and
WHEREAS, the Carteret Borough Council (the "Council") wishes to amend said
rules.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the rules regarding the use of the Park shall be amended to
require that bicycles shall be prohibited from the fence enclosed area of the Park at
all times.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described rule shall be posted at the
Park in accordance with Section 182-6 of the Borough Code of the Borough of
Carteret
Adopted tiffs 4th day of February, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 5, 1999.
