Mayor Pro-Tem Eileen Waldow called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
No motion to approve the agenda because there was not a quorum at this time.

5. Discussion and Possible Action:
a) Resolution 2023-01-04 Letter of Commitment for Grant Application for Affordable
Housing
Trustee Gregory moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2023-01-04 Letter of Commitment for Grant Application for Affordable Housing. Motion
carried: 4-0.

Trustee Gregory moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
