Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contractprovides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
The costs associated with this change are to compensate Indiana Traffic Services formobiliiation of crews to install temporary pavement
markings for the 2018 : 2019 winter shutdown. The mobilizations wererequested by the city to provide safe lane markings throughout the winter
.months. The fees were justified to make the project safe for.the traveling public as the project site was opened to traffic. ITS performed the
mobilizations on October 3,-2018 and again on November 21,.2018: A copy of the change order request form and breakdown of work performed,
and costs associated are attached to this change order as supporting documentation:.
