HomeMy Public PortalAbout399CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.399 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND WEST OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 101 AND NORTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 55 The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows: Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. The Zoning Ordinance of the City Code of the City of Medina, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Medina Zoning Map from UC (Urban Commercial) to PUD-UC (Planned Unit Development Urban Commercial) with respect to the 1.27-acre parcel, legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"). Section 2. Findings and Conditions. a. The development plan is compatible with the standards, purposes and intent of the PUD ordinance. b. The development plan is consistent with the goals and objectives of the City's comprehensive plan. c. The rezoning is contingent upon the approval of the PUD final plan and final plat. Section 3. Effective Date. The City staff is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance rezoning the Property from Urban Commercial to Planned Unit Development Urban Commercial upon satisfaction of all the above terms and conditions.
