Adjustments have been made to respect Governor Holcomb's executive orders, while still providing community participation, as outlined in the city's announcement on March 18th. As a critical function of City government, City Common Council will continue. Meetings with a public comment and/or hearing component will be held via a teleconferencing webinar to ensure the health and safety of everyone while allowing for public input and engagement. Below are the guidelines for those wishing to submit public comment to any Common Council agenda items.
