A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL (UR)
DISTRICT TO CENTRAL BUSINESS (CB) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 318 and 320 North
9th Street National Road West and legally described as follows, to wit:
30 FT S SIDE LOT 135 C W S
40 FT N SIDE LOT 135 C W S
as an Urban Residential (UR) District, as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Central Business (CB) District to
allow the City to use the property as a public parking lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation of the above -described property is changed to a Central Business (CB)
District.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of March 2012, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
