Special meeting -
Council rnet is special session_, I:?ayor Vahlsing presided
any- councilmen Hook Hussman Riekena- Spie'--er present.
Mr Shae of the firm of ShG.�•� and nTc Dermott of Des h4oines

proposed aol^n whereby the council could. issue Revenue Bonds
for both projects, namely, tiVa.ter �.vorks eYtention and_ improvement,
and Serer Revenue bonds for ps.yment of Sand_ Bed reconstrizctior..
After due consideration of TtRr Shaw's proposs.l it was
�Toved by Hoo'_� second by Riekena that the financing, of both
proposals as above stated.,be (riven to Shaw I;:cDermott Co sai�'

Purpose of the meeting was to corsj_der the purcrase of a
new Pump.

explained. the merits of his Pump and made the cour_cil a price
on same-

After c'uly considering both pumps and. proposals, it ��•a.s
moved by Riekena SeconB by Hook t'�at the I��eyor and Clerk enter
