EXTENDING CONTRACT FOR DISPOSAL OF
GARBAGE AND TRASH REFUSE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution I 1 -43 the bid for the Collection, Removal and
Disposal of Garbage and Trash Refuse was awarded to Suburban Disposal, Inc. the
lowest bidder at $491,000.04; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of -
Carteret to enter into a contract for the remaining two years provided for under the initial
bid proposal ; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that the Contract for Collection, Removal and Disposal of Garbage and Trash
Refitse through February 2016 be awarded to:
SUBURBAN DISPOSAL, INC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough Treasurer has certified that funds are
or will be available for said contract.

and certified as a true copy of the
