AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR THE MINUE STREET AND INDUSTRIAL ROAD
IMPROVEi4IENTS PROJECT AND THE MINUF/ROOSEVELT
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in
need of the Minue Street and Industrial Road Improvements Project and the
Minue/Roosevelt Intersection Improvements Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for the Minue Street and Industrial
Road Improvements Project and the Minue/Roosevelt Intersection
Improvements Project and are further authorized to advertise for the
receipt of formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 6" day of November, 2014
and certified as a true copy the
original on November 7, 2014.
