AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND CROSS RIVER FIBER
RE: MONOPOLE — FEDERAL BLVD.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement between the Borough of Carteret and Cross River Fiber with regard to the
Monopole on Federal Blvd.
Adopted this 6" day of November, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 7, 2014.
