PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 400.
The ordinance relates to construction
site storm water runoff control regu-
lations and involves city zoning co-
des being repealed, amended, and
added. The purpose of the ordinance
is to promote, preserve and enhance
the natural resources within the City
of Medina by regulLting Land Dis-
turbing or development activities that
would have an adverse and poten-
tially irreversible impact on water
quality and unique and fragile envi-
ronmentally sensitive land. The ordi-
nance will be codified in various sec-
tions of the city's zoning codes. The
full text of Ordinance No. 400 is
available for inspection at Medina
city hall during regular business
hours.
