order #2 for the engineering agreement dated, April 3, 2012. Change order of $35,500 is due to additional marsh permitting required beyond the scope in the original agreement.

Base Engineering and Permitting: $86,500
Additional Environmental (actual cost
will be less due to city staff work on permits): $21,000
Additional Required GDOT Architectural a:nd Historic Reports (not to exceed): $35,500
Funding for the change order is recommended
out of the 2014 SPLOST.
