RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE (S) FOR THE 2014 -2b1S TERM TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK AND
TOWER TRAILER PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park and Tower Trailer Park have made application to
renew their Trailer Park Licenses for the 2014 -2015 License Term and have paid the proper
fees; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now or
hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue and Tower Trailer Park,
located at 26 Dalbert Street, have been Inspected and approved for renewal by the duly
authorized representatives of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2014 -2015 License Term is
hereby approved for Carteret Mobile Park and Tower Trailer Park
Adopted this 6N day of November, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 7, 2014.
