1. Call to order
Chair Munguia called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Commissioners Ana Barraza, Arthur Martinez, Antonio Munguia, and Maria Vierra were present.
Commissioner Percy Brown was absent. Staff members Paul Nguyen and Albert Espinoza were
present.
