AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT
AND /OR VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of
Carteret Is in need of various equipment and /or vehicles; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are
hereby authorized to prepare specifications for the acquisition
of equipment and /or vehicles by Public Bid or purchase through
State Contract pricing.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent and the Borough Engineer.
