Councilmen present-Olthoff-Huisman-Okones-Meyer. Absent Fischer
Minutes of last meeting read and on motion by Huisman second by
Meyer were approved.
The folling resoultion was offered by Meyer second by Ulthoff
( ie) Be it Resolved by the Town Council of town of 'Nellsburg, Iowa
That a concrete sidewalk of the wits of four feet, be within twenty
days from the adoption of this resoultion laid on the west aide
of Monroe Street, from West Sixth �-� Street south, an abbuting
all of property of Mre. Hazel Greaney, located on west aide of
Monroe Street.

contract with Paul E. Ray for street repair, carried.

notice printed.
Notice:
A hearing will be held in Wells burg Council Rooms on
September 3 1957 at 8:00 P. M. to here Proponents and Opponents
to a proposed resoultionfor annexationof the folling property
at the neat general election. Carried.
