THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 91-2018) is made and entered into this
ICI ` day of MaAA , 2020, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through its Board of Aviation Commissioners with its office at 50 North 5tn
Street, Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and FlightMaster Aviation
Services Inc., 4672 Smoker Road, Centerville, Indiana, 47330 (hereinafter referred to as
"Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 91-2018 on June 20, 2018, which
is a lease of the Quonset hangar located at the Richmond Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, The Parties wish to renew the lease term for an additional year as set forth within
Contract No. 91-2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 91-2018, on
June 20, 2018, which Contract is incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to
Contract No. 91-2018, Section 5.01 (Renewal Privileges), the Lease may be
renewed for an additional one-year period from June 15, 2020, until June 15, 2021
(hereinafter "one-year renewal period"), which option is exercised pursuant to this
Addendum. The Lease provisions shall continue to apply as otherwise identified
within Contract No. 91-2018 for the one-year renewal period. The Parties
respective duties and responsibilities shall continue to be performed in a manner
consistent with Contract No. 91-2018 for the duration of the one-year renewal
period, which Contract is hereby incorporated by reference and made apart
hereof.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other rates, terms, conditions, and
covenants contained in Contract No. 91-2018, shall be applicable through and
during the one-year renewal period pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term,
condition, or covenant conflicts with this Addendum Number 1, in which case this
Addendum Number 1 shall be controlling.
3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the end of the contract term
that is extended for and through the one-year renewal period pursuant to the
exercise of the option to renew the contract, Contract No. 91-2018 shall remain
intact and unchanged and in full force and effect.

4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative
capacity hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her
principal to execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and a proved by the undersigned
representatives of the City and Contractor this �`N` day :0 2020, to be
effective in accordance with its terms as of June 15, 2020.
