RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WilEREAS, Sectioa 8 ofthe Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WI[IEREAS, this public body is of the opinion tlmt such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESO[,VED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shall be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The geueral nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Litigation.
It is anticipated at this lime tlmt tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matter.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
