41.31 DECREASE OF STATE LAW MAXIMUM SPEED, it is hereby drm
termined upon the basis of an erginerring and traffic tivestigation
that the speed permitted by stag= law outside of b!uslness and nest-
dense districts as dpplicdbly- upCn the following streets is gr�later
than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to a'.xist upon
such streets and it Is hereby declared that the maximum speed limit
shall be 20 miles per hour as herein set forth on those streets or
