Ordinance No. 35-2020 is a petition to rezone a portion of one parcel commonly known as 1800 S 23rd St,
(PRIM PT EX 200 X 200 FT SE SEC 9-13-1 77.10A-PT SE SEC 9-13-1 44.789A) (Parcel ID
891809000401000028), from High Density Single -Family Residential (R3) to Low Density Single -Family
Residential (Rl) District. The petitioner is requesting the change in zoning to follow-up on their commitment
to leave the portion of the property East of the ditch as residential land uses.
This ordinance is respectfully requested to be referred to the Richmond Advisory Plan Commission for
public hearing at its meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2020.
