WHEREAS, The Stormwater Management Board of the City of Richmond adopted a budget
for calendar year 2012; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the original budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice and
without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Stormwater Management Board of the City of
Richmond that the 2012 budget be amended as follows:
A. Stormwater
Delete $10,000.00 from Contractual Services
Account number 690.09.090.090.000.3990
Add $10,000.00 to Concrete
Account number 690.09.090.090.000.2330
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this _ 13 th _ day of _ March 2012.
