WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an
annual budget for calendar year 2012 on September 27th, 2011 and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
Sanitation Solid Waste $239,462.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March 2012.
